This Return and Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through our store, including meditation script libraries, planners, journals, affirmations, courses, and more.


30-Day Refund Policy (Digital Products)

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund — no physical return is required.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@elevatewithinacademy.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Optional: brief reason for your refund request

Refund requests are typically reviewed and responded to within 1–3 business days.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital delivery, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Digital products after the 30-day refund window

  • Products that have been significantly downloaded or accessed

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or sale items (unless covered by our 30-day guarantee)


⚠️ File Access Issues or Errors

If you encounter any issue accessing or downloading your product, or if you receive the incorrect file, please email us immediately at info@elevatewithinacademy.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


🌍 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the EU, you are entitled to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days unless the download has already begun.

By accessing the digital files immediately after purchase, you agree to waive this right as permitted under EU consumer protection law.


💳 Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
